Yes u can use 20MHz, if possible use 15MHz make two carriers easy to load balance between same bandwidth, can better use of power as well

Check the full solution, actually I just proposed, the complexity/future of your network u knows better

Better use 30MHz full as a capacity layer though as band 40 doesn’t travel much ,just a thought
