Yes, but it does not work in all UL DL configuration.
I have not checked but TTI bundling KPI can guarantee whether it works on that particular configuration.

TTI bundling require 4 consecutive UL slots and maybe LTE TDD not support this configuration.

Under good RF conditions, LTE can deliver VoLTE packets quickly and efficiently with less number of PRBs,

When CQI=15, one PRB is needed per VoLTE call.
When CQI=7, 2 PRB is needed per VoLTE call.
When CQI=1, 16 PRB needed per VoLTE call.
