I have a query, where UE with voice centric usage settings, is not able to browse internet and in wireshark trace, RAN error, cause-code 21 (radio-connection-with-ue-lost) is seen.
In CN configuration, both IMS voice over PS and Emergency bearer services are set to NOT SUPPORTED.
My query is: Is this expected behavior ?
As per 3GPP TS 23.221, A.2.2.1, with voice-centric usage settings, and IMS voice preferred wth CS secondary, with CN (IMS and Emergency configuration disabled), UE shall reselect to other RAT.
When there is no CSFB available and no UTRA/GERAN available, is this RAN error expected ?
