Please let me know below 2 points:

  • when you lock in 2G, does UE goes to emergency mode?

  • Have you taken UE trace? if not please take UE Trace when it is locked in 2G, check the message, I guess from there you will find some answers.

When did the problem started?
Any parameter changes done?
Try to swap RRU from affected sector to the other which works
