Hello Experts.
I am seeing one issue where UE is sending msg3 with CRNTI but gNB is not providing any uplink grant.
What could be the possible issue ?
Or what should I check?
In the UE logs when i grep with RRC Messages, i could find below.
Is it possible that even if no Uplink grant UE can still send RRC Setup Complete?
Or am I checking something wrong?
