UE condition number work in MIMO mode

Hi All,
I need to speak with a UE testing engineer regarding condition number for MIMO in LTE or 5G.
My question is this one: up to what value of condition number the UE is designed to work in MIMO mode?
5 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB or 30 dB?

More details here about condition number: 4G | ShareTechnote

Higher the condition number of MIMO lower are the chances that the UE is able to decode the MIMO streams successfully.

MIMO Works when there is a MultiPath Environment, like in an Urban setting.
Secondly UE detects the number of layers decode correctly and informs the same to NW by Rank Indication. The higher the RI value the max number of MIMO Layers UE can support.
A UE might be in good RF Condition but if it can correctly decode only 2 Layers it will indicate support for 2 Layers. The RI value might change as the RF Conditions change.
