I see value of 2 seconds for a specific network with qhyst intrafreq sib3 = 4 dB.
Isn’t it too much 2 seconds AND 4 dB?
Usually is 1 second. I think 2 seconds degrades the CSSR.
Standard 1 sec.
4 dB also high.
