Timer for UE to send scheduling request in 5G

Hello Experts,
In 5G NR which timer decides at what time interval UE has to send scheduling request?

Ulschedulinginterval, value 4 ms.

I’m trying to reduce it, to reduce latency.
So was checking timer in schedlingrequestconfig, where I can see sr- prohibit timer.
Can you tell me which message we can configure ‘ulschedulinginterval’ timer?
