TermPoint to eNodeB Disabled Post-Integration – Ericsson System

Hello Expert’s,

We have 3 nodes all are in Ericsson systems after integration termpoint to enodeb was enabled but after some days it got disbabled automatically. There are no trace of configuration changes, all the MO are unlocked. We can even ping the bearer IPs.

Any suggestions what to check?

Hello!
Have standart procedures: check pings (you can check ping with large packets) from eNodeB to all termpoint IPs, check traceroute.

Everything is okay as per transport team.

Any node level we can check?

Its LTE TO LTE Termpoint

It was enbaled after Integration but suddenly got disabled.

As you already checked that IP communication level is working, did you check that SCTP association is established between the enodeb?

  • The other side hit the max limit of MOs??
  • try define IP manual instead of auto

Not locked from any side.
Not reached max limits.
IP’s defined manually but not working.
Any other observations?
Please note LTE to LTE termpoint was enabled after site integration.
