TelecomHall Next Chapter - Building a Collaborative Knowledge Platform Together

Hello experts, we hope you are all doing well.

First of all, thank you to everyone who still helps with the maintenance of the forum. Even a small contribution of $2 per month truly makes a difference. :folded_hands:t2:

The total operational costs are currently around $200 USD per month. If anyone would like to see reports or invoices, feel free to contact us privately - we just can’t share payment details publicly in group chats.

Your support helps keep this community alive. Without it, the forum would probably already be gone. We personally cover the remaining expenses ourselves, no problem.

Lately, we have been less active because of new professional activities, but we have never disconnected from the community. In fact, we have been thinking a lot about the future of TelecomHall and what we can build together next.

The world is moving incredibly fast right now, and it’s becoming easier and easier for people to get lost in the amount of information available.

That’s why we keep thinking that maybe it’s time to go back to the roots - to start building knowledge, tools, and understanding together again, but now with AI becoming part of the process as well.

One thing is very clear to us: our forum already contains an enormous amount of valuable information accumulated over more than two decades. Not only technical information, but also real-world experience from professionals across the industry.

The challenge now is:
How do we take this to another level?

One possible direction could be transforming scattered discussions into something much more structured and practical:

  • Step-by-step guides for common activities
  • Technical tutorials and best practices
  • Workflows and operational procedures
  • Excel spreadsheets with real engineering parameters
  • Calculators, templates, and practical tools
  • AI-assisted documentation and knowledge systems

We truly believe we have the opportunity to create something much bigger than just a discussion forum - a real collaborative knowledge base built by professionals, for professionals.

At the same time, this could help preserve the knowledge accumulated here over the years, while making it easier for newcomers and younger engineers to learn and contribute.

We are sharing these thoughts especially with the older members and long-time contributors because you helped build this community into what it is today.

Please share your thoughts, suggestions, criticisms, or ideas.

This only makes sense if we build it together.

Obs: If you would like to become a contributor with just $2 per month, we truly appreciate it. :folded_hands:t2:

More than the financial help itself, it shows that you value the content we have created over the years and believe that together we can build something even better.

One of the things we are going to build together inside the Hunter Club is structured guides and learning materials like this one, using tools such as Gamma, for example. :backhand_index_pointing_down:

These materials will be made available in formats like PPTX and will be properly maintained and updated over time.

The idea is not just to create content, but to continuously improve it together as technologies, tools, and real-world practices evolve.
