Hi Experts,
We are noticing high 5G NSA - High Drop %.
It shows around 20-25% drop rate.
Please share what can be root cause & how to identify it.

Isn’t there a way to check the SCG failure information?
Which vendor? What is the drop definition?

SCG failure reason can be any of the following:

  • t310-Expiry
  • synchReconfigFailure-SCG
  • randomAccessProblem
  • rlc-MaxNumRetx
  • srb3-IntegrityFailure
  • scg-reconfigFailure

You may check RRC reconfiguration message for finding the above details.
