SMF Charging Trigger-ABNORMAL_RELEASE

Hi
I would like to know when does the SMF charging trigger ABNORMAL_RELEASE gets triggered to CHF via Nchf_chargingdataUpdate request.
Basically I want to know how does SMF know that the charging trigger -ABNORMAL_RELEASE has to be activated? I know that it happens when pdusessionrelease is sent by AMF or other NF’s to SMF but which parameter in that pdusessionrelease does SMF looks /monitors to for triggering the charging updte to CHF.
