SINR value for PUCCH and PUSCH?

What is the Expected Average SINR value for PUCCH and PUSCH?
What is a Excellent SINR value?
What is a Good SINR Value?
What is a Average SINR Value?
What is a Poor SINR Value?

Should the PUCCH and PUSCH be balanced or within 1 or 2 of each other or can PUCCH be 18 and PUSCH be 8? Yes/No or Visa Versa?

PUCCH and PUSCH SINR should be balanced and do not have big difference.
Usually if PUCCH is lower than PUSCH SINR it says about strong narrowband interference.

Dynamic PUCCH feature can help in this case as PUCCH starts allocate not statically (only at the edge of the bandwidth) but allocate using other PRBs which could be not impacted by narrowband interference.

When it comes to good/bad values it depends on bandwidth size and many other things.
I would say if UE is able to has high order modulation in UL it is a sing that UE in a good UL conditions.

PUCCH SINR typically is mich lower than PUSCH SINR
