SIM Card Timers

Timer on SIM card topic: say a UE in 4G cell reselects a cell that is on another TAL/TAC.
So UE attempts a TAU update but no answer from core.
After how much time it will reinitiate the 2nd TAU request?
I see in logs that after 10 seconds. What is the name of this timer and where I can find more details about it? It is NAS timer but not sure if on SIM card or on Core?
