Hi Experts.

I am facing this issue:
“Security command failed: DL PDCP security add request failed during integrity validation”

Does anyone have knowledge and how to resolve it? Any idea?

It seems having issue with PDCP layer but don’t know how to resolve and move it forward.

First try with a different phone, same SIM.

Then try with same phone, different SIM.

If both cases fail contact CORE team.

We have UE simulator.

It says PDCP security fails due to integrity validation.

So likely integrity keys is the issue or something related to integrity.

Those are all higher layer problems.

You are not addressing it to the right group (CORE team).
