Hi Experts,
I am getting “Request Timeout” cause code in S1AP initial failure reasons.
Please suggest how to mitigate the volume/count of this cause code.

Hi bro, share more details/context. What are the messages bearing this cause? What was happening when the messages were sent?

Make sure MME timers are larger than eNB timers

Logs analysis revealed that - ERAB setup request sent from MME but it got stuck at eNB end resulting to S1AP & radio process failure.
ENDC HO enquiry also triggered. It’s caused the ENDC HO stuck.

May I know any specific timer/event what instigates this particular cause from both MME and eNodeB side?
