I have a doubt regarding RachRootSequence (RRS) planning. In the planning, does the erafcndl should be considered?
What I mean is that if a site has cells with diferent Erafcndl (lets say U2100 F1 ,U2100 F2 and U900 F1) all of them can have the same RachRootSequence? Ot it goes per LTE band? i.e U2100 F1 and F2 should not have same RRS, but U2100 and U900 can have the same RRS?

hi , i think you can reuse the rrs while uplink freqs are different because the different uplink freqs would prevent access collisions already , i am not expert you better know ,but thats my opinion
