hello everyone,
After the gNB transmit MIB and SIB1 the UE a transmitter RA-RNTI preamble message,
for this the ue need a number of parmeter.

The parameters are detailed in the picture:

How the UE Know the parameters?
This parameters include in the SIB1? or MIB?
