Problem in only one cell of GSM Site

Hi dears,
I have faced an issue in 2G below is the scenario:
Example we have 2 sites A, B.

When call is in dedicated mode in site A it handover to site B.
Till now, no issue and call end when call from B site in mobile show emergence.

But in TEMS show idle mode with all site B parameter.
Site B cell2 have no issue but Cell1 & Cell 3 have

Can you help me what is the issue?
Vendor is ZTE.

If config is ok in RAN side, then it can be CN definition issue …

Exactly, check configuration in the CORE for this Cell, if everything is ok in RAN side.
