How can we prioritize inter-frequency handover (from a low band to a high band) over intra-frequency handover in LTE?

  • In Ericsson, try the Inter-Frequency Handover to Higher Priority feature.

  • In Huawei, use the Frequency Priority-Based Handover feature.
