In Eniq Ericsson 4G, I have this causes for RRC CONN ESTAB FAIL, does anyone can help with cause for each one?

These measurements provide the number of failed RRC establishments per cause.

Also: are there any counters in Ericsson that tells you about VSWR degradation for 4G and 5G?

No counters as far as I know, you can check using invxr for VSWR values in any eNodeB.

Yep, you can run script using shell tool or putty and can fetch it for entire network.

cabx will give you the vswr results, no counters as other friends mentioned
