Per 1 Uplink slot (DDDSU) how much Overheads can we have?

Hello Experts (LTE/5G).

In general, per 1 Uplink slot (DDDSU) how much overheads can we have? Approx 20%?
Assume S has not Uplink symbols.

“Overheads” i mean symbols/RBs that are not used for PUSCH (uplink data) in Uplink Throughput.
