NR Throughput even with no communication between 5G and SGW (S1-U)

Hi Experts.
I have a 4G/5G site (NSA System).
We have no communication between 5G side and SGW (No data).
Only data rate using 4G in this site (4G to SGW OK).

The question is: If there is no communication between 5G and SGW (S1-U) how can I have a large amount of data on 5G in the counter N.ThpVol.DL (kbit) to 5G?

Then you have S1U between gNodeB and SGW.

Yes I have S1 between eNB and SGW and between gNB and SGW but this last one is OUT.
If there is NO transmission between gNB and SGW how do I have data to 5G (N.ThpVol.DL)?

Is this counter traffic of which layer?

RLC

N.ThpVol.DL: Total volume of downlink data sent at the RLC layer in a cell.

How many % of 5G RLC traffic vs 4G RLC traffic?

Can you check if this counter is for SA, NSA or both?

I don´t know about the 4G now…but the 5G side is OUT…How do I have data?

Can you check if this counter has values? N.NSA.ThpVol.DL

I don’t have this counter.
Huawei here works with RAN16.0. Is this version, NSA counter is N.ThpVol.DL (kbit)

Did you disable it?

No dear. LINK was down, Transmission problem.
No PING betwwen 5G and SGW.

If link is down then there should not be any NR data.

Actually the issue was the S1-U interface suddenly was up for some minutes during the hour.
