Can anyone share typical user throughput in mmWave for

Have experience of following:

• 100 Mhz - Single carrier - 470 Mbps
• 400 MHz - 4CC - 1.7 Gbps
• 800 MHz - 8CC - 3.6 Gbps

These are Ookla Speedtest values.

If you have good FTP server available then may achieve upto 4 Gbps.

The DL and UL throughputs will depend on the DL/UL Ratio that is being used

Next, for average throughputs, you will need to know the SINR (or C/(N+I)) at different locations since the rate will depend on MCS.

You may need to use a packet simulator like NetSim (https://tetcos.com/5g.html) to check across all these different scenario (bandwidth, distances, DL/UL ratios, LOS/NLOS etc)
