It depends on MIMO mode.
We can calculate once we know the MIMO mode for spatial multiplexing.

If rank = 4 then LTE 5 MHz can carry 25 PRB * 12 RE * 8 bits/symbol for 256QAM * 4 Lyers * 1000msec that is bits per sec if we asume coding rate=1
