Magma by Facebook connectivity

Did anyone worked in magma by Facebook connectivity?
Is this part of 3GPP or a private network?

I’ve used Magma only in the lab, it’s good but not as advanced as Open5GS when it comes to being standards compliant, and Open5Gs has several real-world deployments.
