Is Uplink possible over Pcell only?

Hi All.

For LTE CA band combo it’s seen for CA_3_40:
Uplink BW class as A mentioned for band 3 and for band 40 no Uplink mentioned.

Does it indicates Uplink possible over Pcell only?

It actually indicate band 3 is PCell here.

PCell always have Uplink.
