I know that from 4G to 5G there is no reselection and HO in NSA
But my question is: from 5G to 4G in NSA, is there Handover?
All mobility management in NSA is handled by 4G RRC, so there is only 5G SCG addition and removal.
No handover is available and no control plane decisions is made by gnB.

No handover, only redirection available with A2.
