Is there any 3GPP spec in which intra eNB handover is given?
Where can I see this flow?
3GPP does not define any call flow for intra base station.
Vendor do follow their internal api based signalling to execute handover.

From 3GPP point of view Handover is between 2 cells, cells can be inter / Intra eNB.
Intra eNB HO is specific to vendor implementation.
For example some vendor does “path switch” request similar to X2, some vendors does not required to do.
