Is physical IMS server needed while deploying VoNR on 5GC?

Hi Experts,
Do any of you know if we need a physical IMS server while deploying VoNR on 5GC?
I was wondering if IMS function could also be performed by any of the new 5GC entities, hence eliminating the need of buying a dedicated server.
This is specially important for the operators deploying plain 5GNR VoNR (without an existing LTE / EPC / IMS deployed). (Like DISH).

IMS functions are not part of 5GC, IMS itself is a network, Operator has to get the IMS.
