Is LTE X2 Link failure service affecting?
How many of the X2s are down?
Should not, handovers should happen over S1.
But likely reestablishments will fail all of them without X2.

There shoudl not be any issue.
Just maybe call drop increased a bit due to reestablishments failing (some of them, not all).
Yes. There are some failures, but that shouldn’t big issue, right?
Should not if there is no HO between the sites.
E.g. site B is KO, all X2 towards site B will be down.
But if X2 is ko because of IP issues then it could impact HO.
