Is it better to delete neighbour relation or just blocking it is ok?

Delete the NBR relation usually helps. If it doesn’t work then you may block.
I already did the block, also the termpoint.
It seems not that much of effects…
Delete it.
However there is ANR table list get updated if feature gets enabled in eNB.
It overrides the manually entered list as well.
Also BNR to be checked if enabled.
BNR is for IFLB intercell load management.
BNR…?
Probably referring to Best Neighbour mostly ranked based on handover in and success for different cell load management algorithms.
