Hii all
While Drive Test what could be the reason if inter handover is not happening even neighbor site has much better Rx level than serving cell.This happen in Voice drive ,in idle mode there is no such issue.
Please share some information.
What do you mean by Inter Handover? Inter-BSC Handover or Inter-cell Handover?
Intercell Handover…
Some reasons such as:
- HO threshold is too high
- configuration is forbiden to handover
- not allow handover between different layers
