Hello Experts.
In LTE, which SIBs are used for PWS and what is the purpose of each?
How can we make sure all UEs will get all the SIBs (not aggregation level)?

Its SIB12 for PWS.
There is not a straightforward way to know all UEs receive notifications.
But all UEs do get notification, it’s part of every chipset mandatory conformance test.
