In DC-HSDPA, can we define a UE to use them with priority? The vendor is Huawei.

I found the answer. In MO UFRC, select DC-HSDPA as the preferential HSPA+ technology by selecting DC-HSDPA under the parameter name: Preferred MIMO_64QAM or DC_HSDPA Character
