Hi Team, I have one doubt.

In Carrier Aggregation, if there is an situation lets say for - 1 pcc + 2 scc does LCID 27 works?

Lcid values are from 0 to 10.
Not sure for 27.

For SA case, No you can’t, for ca activation as per 38.321 you have two options, 1 octet ( lcid= 111010(3A)) and 4 octet (lcid= 111001(39))

Note = for release 15 or 16 ca activation lcid may change.
Please refer to spec.
