How can I improve 4G data speed in fast moving trains where users are also loaded in bulk?
What all parameters should I revisit to improve experience?
Make it tm3 and reselection time as 0.5 sec.

First of all check serving cell DL/UL IBER normal value?
And then verify 256QAM activated, also if CA is operational, if 2CC then extend to 3CC.
If PRB utilization is high, other action too.
