And who will be responsible for it?
Product team?
RnD?
System Integrator?
Kindly guide…
To develop counters is R&D department.
For activating counters is operations and performance engineer.
Product team requests it on customer behalf.
R&D develops and test.
System integrator, depends on definition, do nothing
