Hi All.

Can someone help me to understand how a pdsch packet decode takes place at each layer, from phy to app?

There are entire 3GPP protocol specifications for each layer( PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, IP, APP) to understand how information is encoded from one layer to another and inside each layer. It is overwhelming to try to understand each, you should stick to understanding big picture for each case.
