Assuming an HLR would like to change the user subscription information to disable PS service and only allow CS services, it will have to send ISD (Insert subscriber information request) towards the VLR. I am not able to find the parameter in GSM MAP for disabling PS and allow CS only. If you know can you assist?
In LTE, the AVP Network Access Mode offers only three option: CS and PS, reserved and PS only.
Is there any parameter that can be used to update VLR to allow only CS service on a device if the UE already had a CS and PS connectivity before? Any 3gpp TS version that you could direct me to?
