Hello Experts.

Does anyone have experience with the parameter HoRarEnhancedSwitch in Huawei CellChPwrCfg MO?

This is a parameters for the eNB to increase transmit power of RAR (Random Access Response) message when a UE is being handed over to the target cell and repeatedly sends dedicated preambles.

This will make sure your Handover happens in contention free based.
But need to check how much preamble are available for contention free at least 8 to 12 to be available.
Unsync ra can also be used as contention free.
