Formula with higher throughput values

Dear Huawei experts.

Any comments on which formula should get higher throughput values?

Current:

([L.Thrp.bits.UL(bit)]-[L.Thrp.bits.UE.UL.LastTTI(bit)])/[L.Thrp.Time.UE.UL.RmvLastTTI(ms)]

Recommended:

[L.Thrp.bits.UL - L.Thrp.bits.UE.UL.SmallPkt] / [L.Thrp.Time.UE.UL.RmvSmallPkt]

Rmv last tti is the default used one.

To have this indication better to plot both equations and see the difference.
