Ever wondered why a VoLTE call sounds crystal clear… even when the network is busy? :antenna_bars::telephone:
The answer is not better signal strength.
It’s because VoLTE traffic gets VIP treatment inside the LTE network.
While internet traffic uses the Default Bearer, VoLTE voice packets travel through a Dedicated Bearer with QCI 1, ensuring:
:white_check_mark: Highest priority
:white_check_mark: Guaranteed Bit Rate (GBR)
:white_check_mark: Low latency
:white_check_mark: Low packet loss
:white_check_mark: Better MOS and voice quality
Without proper Dedicated Bearer and QCI 1 configuration, users may experience:

:cross_mark: Packet loss
:cross_mark: Robotic audio
:cross_mark: One-way audio
:cross_mark: Poor call experience

With all due respect for the author this data sheet have so many issues and mis interpretations and it is not a good document to refer.This is not how VoLTE,GBR non GBR ,QCI 1 to 10 and call quality and QOS works in Volte.
