Error on adding G2G neighbour in ZTE

Anyone aware of an error we get on adding G2G neighbour in ZTE ?

The error is: Fail. In one cell, if a source cell’s type has been set, then it can’t be set as the same type.(Handover and reselect can be regarded as the same to reselect or handover separately).

The neighbor already exists

It should mean this? But the relations do not appear in GGsmRelation …Has been checked for that possibility
