For that there is a configuration, usually SME.can plan and implement.

I can’t share configuration, as it is against loyalty of my work and job.
But to configure a stadium with TDD Pattern 2 and the surrounding network with TDD Pattern 1, ensure:
- Time alignment and frame synchronization across cells.
- Proper use of guard periods and power control.
- Interference coordination (ICIC) between the stadium and nearby cells.
- Use of beamforming to direct signals inside the stadium.
I hope you understand my position.
You just check your vendor and check parameters like:
- Cell ID
- TDD Pattern
- SSB Periodicity
- Guard Period
- Frame Alignment
- Power Control
- Beamforming etc

If your measurement gap and smtc window are colliding each other, then MGTA is required.
So define the measurement gap in such a way that it cover the smtc window, then MGTA is not required.
