In LTE how eNB can find that UE has a highly channel flutuation or no channel fluctuation (stationary)?
Is there any parameter in LTE we can look to conclude if UE has highly channel fluctuated or not?
Like if there for instance a parameter to look at it then denote indirectly/directly that channel has high fluctuation?
This all depends on filter coefficient.
By uplink bler, if high then fluctuation is high?
