Hi Experts,
For LTE → LTE Inter Freq or LTE → UMTS/GSM release with redirect (rwr) do we need to define cell relation as well to the serving cell or defining frequency relation is sufficient (Inter Freq/Irat both).
Vendor - Ericsson
Just need to define freq relation, and need to set mobility action to release with redirect.
