Can UE LTE category change in ENDC mode?

Hi Experts, I’m new in this forum, but I’m an passionate about TLC.

I’m facing a great dilemma: could a device LTE UL-category 17 decrease its UL category when is in ENDC mode?

If yes, which is the limiting factor responsible of capability decrease?

Hi @Mike_SD !

I think this is not about Decreasing UE category. It is about downgrade of UE capabilities. It could happen many factors: high temperature, low battery power, OS settings, new cell settings and so on.
