I need some help calculating the weight of the CQE values to determine good user experience. Coverage is the number of bars defined by RSRP, Quality is defined by RSRQ and number of bars at 4 or higher, Efficiency is based on DL traffic volume of all UEs in the site during busy hour divided by PRB. Does anyone have a formula for LTE and NR?
