In NR, Does the ARFCN used to identify a frequency at the lower side of the channel bandwidth rather than a frequency at the center of the channel bandwidth??
My understanding is, The ARFCN should point to the middle of channel bandwidth. 38.104 shows how a raster frequency maps to the resource element in the channel (k). Based on the channel bandwidth, the extremities are calculated by UE.
